A Fairmont man is facing four felony charges of criminal sexual conduct involving an alleged minor victim.
Twenty six year old Alexander Sterling Johnson was charged Monday in Martin County District Court. The charges stem from alleged incidents in the Fairmont area between June 2025 and January 2026.
According to the criminal complaint, Johnson allegedly held a position of authority over the victim while working as a manager at the same workplace.
The charges include alleged sexual penetration involving a person who was mentally impaired or physically helpless, criminal sexual conduct involving a minor and nonconsensual sexual contact.
Court records indicate Johnson was convicted of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct in Martin County in 2021 and has been on probation.
The Fairmont Police Department investigated the case.
