Candidate Filing for County Offices closed Tuesday, setting the stage for several local races in the November Election.
For Faribault County Commissioner District 2, Greg Young is the lone candidate to file.
A four way race has developed for the District 4 County Commissioner seat, with Dana James Gates, Aaron Kalis, Jacob Kral and Darrel Robertson all filing for office.
The race for Faribault County Sheriff will feature Christopher Albers and D.J. Bullerman.
County Attorney Cameron Davis filed unopposed for election.
Several candidates also filed for seats on the Faribault County Soil and Water Conservation District Board. Michael Humburg filed for District 2, Randall Feist filed for District 3 and Bill Anderson filed for District 5. All three are unopposed.
