A Fairmont man is facing multiple felony charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Seventy one year old Dwight Guy Krenz has been charged in Martin County District Court with four counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one count of dissemination of child sexual abuse material.
According to court records, the alleged offenses occurred in Fairmont between August 2023 and April 2024 and involved electronic images store on computer disks or other digital media.
Prosecutors note aggravating factors tied to the possession charges, including a prior conviction, registered predatory offender status and material involving a minor under the age of 14.
Krenz was charged by summons. No bail has been set and his initial court appearance has not yet been scheduled.
