The Fairmont Police Department has released information regarding Terry Jay Schulz, a Level 3 Predatory Offender. Schulz has a history of engaging in sexual contact against known male and female children.
Schulz will be released today and will reside in the vicinity of Ward 4 Precinct 1 in Fairmont
Schulz has served the sentence imposed on him by the court and has relocated to this community. This notification is not intended to increase fear but rather raise awareness. A Community Notification Meeting open to all community members will include representatives from the Department of Corrections and the Fairmont Police Department will be available to provide you with useful information on public safety.
The Community Notification Meeting will be held Wednesday at 5:30pm at the Southern Minnesota Educational Campus, 115 S. Park Street in Fairmont.
