The Faribault County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a body was found in rural Wells Friday night.
According to the Faribault County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 11:46pm, they received a 911 call of a body found on a property in rural Wells. Based on the initial investigation, the death has been ruled a homicide.
Authorities say the name of the victim is being withheld pending family notifications.
The case remains under investigation with assistance from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
