B.E. Public Works Crews to Begin Repairing Boulevard Damage

Crew with Blue Earth Public Works have begun making repairs to boulevard damage caused by city snowplows over the winter.

Officials say in areas where sod remains intact, crews will relay it and add dirt and seed as needed.  In spots where sod is missing, workers will fill in with dirt before reseeding.

The work is expected to take about 3 weeks to complete, depending on weather conditions.

Residents may notice crews working in boulevard areas throughout the city during that time as seasonal maintenance efforts get underway.
