B.E. Council Gives City Administrator Collins a Positive Report During Review

The Blue Earth City Council met on Tuesday and completed a six month performance evaluation of City Administrator Dawn Collins, rating her an average of 8.46 out of 10/

The review was conducted in closed session and covered 11 categories, including organization, professional ethics and communication.  After returning to open session, Mayor Rick Scholtes reported that he and the council were satisfied with Collins’ performance.

The Mayor and Council Members said the overall evaluation reflected a positive report at the six month mark.
