An Amboy man suffered non life-threatening injuries when the pickup he was driving crashed into a building near Highway 169, a few miles southwest of Mankato early Tuesday morning.
Seventy seven year old Gene Lawrence Blakesley was driving a northbound 2019 GMC Sierra on Highway 169 and was near the intersection with Highway 60 in South Bend Township at 6:25am, when the truck crashed into the Blaschko Building Supply Company, the State Patrol said.
Blakesley was treated at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato. He was wearing a seatbelt and the vehicle’s airbag deployed during the crash, the patrol said.
