B.E. Council Accepts Low Bid from Moore Construction for Demolition of House on 5th Street

The Blue Earth City Council met on Tuesday and reviewed the bids for the demolition of a house and shed at 525 East 5^th Street.

Seven bids were received for this demolition project ranging from $9,250 to $70,000.  Of the seven bids, four of them came from local contractors with those bids ranging from $9,250 to $18,500.

The Council agreed to unanimously accept the low bid of $9,250 from Moore Construction of Blue Earth.
