Residents of Delavan are asked to please limit water use from 6am Thursday to 12pm on Friday.
Due to the new filter plant start up process, the city needs to chlorinate the Water Plant on Thursday and residents need to limit their household water use.
Please refrain from:
- Washing clothes (doing laundry)
- Using dishwashers
- Excess flushing of toilets
- Watering lawns/gardens
- Washing vehicles
- Filling swimming pools (of all sizes)
- Any action that requires more water than necessary
The Farm Water Fill will be removed until chlorination and flushing has been completed.
