Mankato Woman Pleads Guilty for Her Part in a Home Invasion In North Iowa

A Minnesota woman pleads guilty for a violent home invasion in North Iowa.

Forty seven year old Shanoh Marie Armstrong of Mankato, was originally charged with first degree robbery for the incident on September 19th, 2022.

Court documents state Armstrong and two men entered a Lake Mills home.  The two ment allegedly pulled out handguns and put them to the head of the homeowner.  The victim says Armstrong and the two men destroyed the inside of the home, threatened to kill him multiple times and stole $5,500 and other items from him.

Armstrong has now pleaded guilty to the lesser charges of second degree burglary and second degree theft.  Her sentencing is scheduled for July 16th in Winnebago County District Court.
