A Wells man has been formally charged with making felony terroristic threats after allegedly threatening another man at the Wells VFW.
Justin Crowe, 34, of Wells, was formally charged with engaging in felony terroristic threats on Monday in Faribault County District Court.
According to Police Reports, a man at the VFW bar told authorities that Crowe threatened to kill him Sunday Evening and made motions to stab another customer.
Crowe admitted he had been drinking, according to a court complaint. Crowe is currently not allowed to consume alcohol because he is on supervised release after serving time in prison for domestic assault.
