Blue Earth Police Presents Incident Report For 2017

Blue Earth Police Chief Tom Fletcher presented the incident analysis report for last year to the city council.  The report indicated that the police department responded to a total of 3,981 calls in 2017.

During the year the department conducted 169 criminal investigations, investigated 178 motor vehicle accidents, received 151 animal complaints, conducted 657 traffic stops and responded to 165 ordinance violations.

Mondays were the busiest day of the week for the Blue Earth Police Department as they received 744 reports on Mondays last year, followed by Fridays when a total of 586 reports were received.
