Funeral Services for William “Bill” Murphy, age 82, of Chaska, will be Friday, October 22nd, at 11am, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Blue Earth.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the Church on Friday Morning.  Bill Murphy died Friday, October 15th.read more »

Forest City Workers Stranded in Bucket Truck After Hydraulic Line Failure

Some workers in Forest City were stranded in a bucket truck for a brief time Tuesday morning after a blown hydraulic hose left their bucket inoperative. Lapointe Chosen as New Wells City Administrator

The City of Wells has selected on of its initial four finalists to serve as its new City Administrator. After a formal interview process last week, the Wells City Council has chosen Connor Lapointe to serve as the City’s new Administrator. Organizers Say Annual Food Scavenger Hunt in Blue Earth was a Success

Organizers involved with this year’s annual Food Scavenger Hunt, held Wednesday evening in Blue Earth, say that the event was an overwhelming success.
