Local Election Results From Iowa

 

Numerous seat were up for election on Tuesday in Iowa.

 

In Buffalo Center, John Davids was elected Mayor, elected to the City Council were Tanner Weaver, Jared Bechler and Ricardo Garcia.

 

In Thompson, Dan Swearingen was elected Mayor and Cara Chapman, Stacy Willert and Troy Fleener were elected to the City Council.

 

In Titonka, Aaron Boyken was elected Mayor, Alli Janssen, Michael Fredrickson and David LaGue were elected to the City Council.

 

In Bancroft, William Droessler was elected Mayor and Jeffery Theisen and Richard Arndorfer were elected to the City Council.

 

In Rake, Louise Hagedorn was elected Mayor, Nicholas Wood and Robert Joynt were elected to the City Council.

 

In Lakota, Rick Meyer and a write in candidate were elected to the City Council.

 

In Ledyard, Cheryl Polzin, Jim Steenhard, Martha Simon and Kenneth Meister were elected to the City Council.

 

In Swea City, Rodney Wehr, Lupe Lollasch and Jim Albrandt were elected to the City Council.

 

On the North Iowa School Board three seats were up for election and Matt Duve, Jamie Price and Alicia Brass were elected.

 

At North Kossuth, Alycia Wolterman, Justin Deim, Autumn Morphew and Christopher Hardt were elected to the School Board and at North Union, Michael Bierstedt and Travis Nielsen were elected to the School Board.
