Winnebago Search Committee to Hold Interviews for New City Administrator on June 7th

The search for a new City Administrator in Winnebago continues to move forward.  The South Central Service Cooperative, which is assisting the city in the search, has narrowed down the candidates list to five.  Those five applicants will be interviewed by a search committee on June 7th.

The search committee consists of Mayor Jeremiah Schutt, a Council Member, a City Staff Member and two Community Members.  The committee will be narrowing down the field to two or three finalists.

The finalists will be interviewed by the City Council at a date to be determined.

The City is hoping to have the position filled by July 9th.

The position became vacant following the resignation of Chris Ziegler in February.
