A second person has been arrested for juvenile sex solicitation following an investigation in the cities of New Ulm and Winnebago.
Police were first notified in March by Worldwide Predator Hunters of possible suspects in both towns who wanted to engage in sexual contact with a 15 year old girl.
Police first arrested 27 year old Benjamin Hansen on April 2nd after an undercover investigation where an officer posed as the 15 year old girl.
Authorities say Hansen had been employed by Riverbend Education District in New Ulm. He was charged with one felony count of soliciting a minor.
On Friday, April 12th, authorities arrested 25 year old Joshua Serafin, of Winnebago.
Police say Serafin was arrested in Fairmont after agreeing to meet the 15 year old at the Fairmont High School. He is charged with one felony count of soliciting a child through electronic communicatioin.
Authorities say there was no threat to the safety of students in either case.
