On Tuesday the Faribault County Commissioners approved the bids for three township bridges.
Commissioner Greg Young said the funding for the bridges will come from the Township Bridge Fund. The bid went to Midwest Contracting and the cost of the bridges will total $850,000.
The Commissioners also approved the salt bid for the next winter season. According to Young, the salt price is higher than last year at $33,000.
Board Members also approved two conditional use permits for communication towers, approved the final payments for three micro surfacing projects in the County and received and update on the 10 year road plan from the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
