Wbgo Council Approves Purchase of Chest Compression System for Second Ambulance

The Winnebago City Council has approved the purchase of a Lucas 2 Chest Compression System for the Ambulance Department.

 

The City has one unit and needs another for the second ambulance.  City Administrator Chris Ziegler said that most of the money needed to cover the cost of the second unit was raised by Ambulance Captain Kerry Jenkins.

 

The Winnebago Ambulance Department has 22 volunteer members and serves Amboy, Delavan, Huntley, Winnebago and the surrounding Townships.
